Collecting intentions

Here I am two weeks from my due date, and it's hard to believe how quickly this pregnancy has gone by! I am collecting prayer requests to offer up during my labor so please fill up the com box or shoot me an email if it is something you would prefer to keep private. I will put the requests into a file on my phone, and I will go down the list with each contraction.

Since I made my consecration to Jesus through Mary in April, I will be offering the requests through Mary, and ultimately, she will distribute graces where she sees fit. However, I don't think she minds gentle suggestion. :)

I will update you all when the little man arrives, and I promise to post pictures. :)

  2. Please pray that DH and I continue to offer all we have to Jesus through Mary, that we hold nothing back, even our control (or lack thereof) over our fertility.

And please pray that we can accept God's will joyfully and suffer well.

  3. I didn't know you did that in April! Did you blog about it? Am I forgetting? If so, SORRY, FRIEND!!!

You're such a dear to ask for intercessions. I'd love your prayers for our family as we discern our next adoption's timing and pray for our future birth-mother!!

Okay, pray for all the atheists on the blogs… It's a dark world out there.
And please pray for me to be a better wife and mother. Thanks, friend!

Could you pray that we accept God's Will for our family and that we remain hopeful and trust in the Lord completely as we struggle with infertility? Thank you so much.

  10. You are such a beautiful woman to do this! I would be honored if you would pray for DH and I as we discern the next step towards growing our family. I want so much for my body to be healed but I want to want what God wants for me. (Too many "wants"?)

Be assured of my prayers for you too!

  11. Thank you for sharing prayers. I can't help but think our Blessed Mother will be attuned to the prayers of a laboring mother.

I would ask you to pray for opportunities to work for DH and I, to support our family, and for a path to survive the financial crisis we are facing.

God bless you and prayers for a healthy baby and safe delivery!
