She agreed, and she went ahead and scheduled the ultrasound, and during our conversation she shared details about her situation that made my heart go out to her. Hers is the type of desperate situation that the pro choice camp always brings up.
A seemingly hopeless situation.
I could hear the pain in her voice, and it was evident that she felt backed into a corner. When I told her that I could connect her with people who would provide her with support through her pregnancy and beyond, I could hear the hope creeping in.
The hope that maybe things would be okay after all.
Please pray for this mother and all the women out there facing crisis pregnancies. They need our prayers!
