Choice words

I have many bad habits, but one habit that I don't have is using profanity. I have always heard that once you start, it is really difficult to stop so I never started. I have no desire to cuss in front of my children, parents, priest, etc...

So the other night was the last night before my coupon codes for Shutterfly expired, and of course, I waited until 9 pm that night to start making calendars and mugs for Christmas gifts. After almost three hours, I finally get everything finished and in my cart by 11:56 pm.

I am all ready to place my order, and then my credit card info is out of date. I run across the room and rummage in my diaper bag scrambling to get my card out of my wallet. I dash back over to the computer and try to put the information in as quickly as possible.

I was sweating, frustrated, and choice words were coming out of my mouth as I tried to figure out where to enter my promo codes. Bill was sitting on the couch trying to stifle his amusement, but he couldn't hold it in anymore as the clock struck 12:01 with my order still not completed, and I shouted out, "SCREW YOU, Shutterfly!!!!!" He burst out laughing, and I did crack a tiny smile realizing the humor in the situation.

Thankfully, I did get my order placed... with my promo code, discounts, and everything at 12:06 am. :)

    Funny how it was Shutterfly's fault that YOUR credit card was expired! I'm the exact same way!

    I would have blamed it all on Shutterfly too!!!

    I used to never cuss. NEVER! I picked it up at my last job. Everyone there had horrible mouths and before unrealized it I had picked up te habit. You are right. It is a very hard habit to break!

    You're so lucky you never started! It IS hard to break! Especially in the heat of the moment!

    But this cracked me up b/c I had such a similar experience with shutterfly this year! I was SO fed up with them!! What was the deal?????
