1b. I am on Bill's computer so I don't have the cool quick takes picture on this computer.
2. We are in Atlanta this weekend for a friend's wedding. It has been an interesting weekend so far. :) We went to the World of Coca Cola today, and the tasting room is so neat! You can taste Coke products from all around the world! Anyway, if you have a moment, please say a prayer for Billy and Katie as they say their vows tomorrow, and maybe add an extra little one that Avery actually makes it down the aisle as a flower girl!
3. I love praying to our Guardian Angels. (Kaitlin, you inspired this one!) It is so comforting knowing that they are there! I also find it fascinating that based on God's plan for your life, you are given the appropriate rank of guardian angel. So the Pope has a very high ranking guardian angel! Also, I read that every tabernacle has literally thousands of angels surrounding it. What an amazing image!
4. I am feeling a lot more peace the last couple days with the miscarriage. Thank you so much for everyone's kind words and powerful prayers!

6. I know that this is terrible, but I am one of those television background noise people... I have been trying to work on this because I know that this is a problem in our culture, but I have been sitting here catching up on blogs for over an hour now, and I have had the tv on the entire time. Anybody else have this problem?
7. I love the GPS on my cell phone, but I hate that it drains the battery so quickly! It is not good when you are relying on it to get you back to the hotel only to discover that your battery is dead. Thank goodness for Bill's awesome directional sense!
I didn't know that about the rank of angels! How cool! I know some super holy people that probably have some very high ranking angels. Let's hope my baby is among them too!

ReplyDeleteI hate background noise. I hate noise. Most of the time when I'm home alone it's completely silent. I hate it. :) I also hate talking while there is background noise it stresses me out. I can't have a conversation with the radio or tv on. ;) My DH LOVES the TV on at all times.... ;) Just incase you were wondering....LMBO!

ReplyDeleteSew, that is awesome that you hate background noise! It is better for your soul that way! A friend recommended that I read the book Noise, but I can't bring myself to read it yet because I'm sure it's going to tell me that I am hurting my spiritual life...
Mary, I am still learning about the quick takes too. From what I understand, www.conversiondiary.com started it, and it is a fun way to post random thoughts. I just started doing it last week, and I really like it! And I will post about where I learned about the angels. It really deserves its own post! :)
